Requirements

1. S1/S2 graduates from various disciplines, except Teacher, Art, Literature / Culture, Philosophy, public health science and nursing.
2. Active in the organization activities, both within and outside the campus.
3. Minimum GPA 3.01 (S1) and 3.20 (S2)
4. Fluent in English both orally and in writing
5. Not married, maximum age 26 years.
6. Energetic, confident, good communication skills, highly motivated, and like the challenge.
7. Willing is not married during the MDP education (9 months)
8. Willing to be placed in the BSM network throughout Indonesia.
9. Computer literate, minimum familiar with MS Office application (Word, Excel, and Power Point). 
10. Have not participated in the selection process at Bank Syariah Mandiri within a period of 6 months<

General Requirements
