Junior Analyst
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Analyst
Provide Management Report
REQUIREMENTS:
Graduated from Bachelor degree majoring Industrial Engineering or Statistic from reputable university, with minimum GPA 3.00
Must be having experience as Data Analyst at least for 2 years (preferable from Consultant Services/FMCG/Retail Company)
Computer literacy: Excel, Power Point, Statistical Program
Detail, analytic, target oriented, strong leadership skill, hard worker, persistent, communicative & adaptable
Proficient in English both spoken and written
Willing to be placed in Cibitung - Bekasi

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sourcing candidates
Arrange test & interview
Conduct psychological test
Skoring & interpretation result
Administration tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
Graduated from Bachelor's Degree major Psychology from reputable University, GPA min: 3.00
Having experience as Recruitment at least for 1 years / fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Computer literacy: Microsoft Office (excel, word, power point)
Capable to using test tools (APM, DISC, Papikostick, Grafis, WARTEGG, Kraeplin, Pauli), skoring & interviewing skill
Communicative, detail, able to work under pressure, eager to learn & pleasant personality
Good command in English both spoken & written
Willing to traveling & placement in Head Office Cibitung - Bekasi
