AMA LLC, Donuts & Coffee Shop - just start up a business in Morocco - North Africa.
The business is a cafe retailer in Casablanca specializing in donuts, coffee and frozen yogurt.
They have currently one production unit and one shop in Casablanca and have a plan to sell their product via suppliers.
Baker Chef / Pastry Chef
General Requirements
Must have at least 2 years experiences working for one of the major donuts chains
such as JCO Donuts, Big Apple donuts, Baskin & Robins... etc
Completion of high school or any equivalent combination of educational qualifications
is preferred.
Ability to operate modern bakery equipment’s
Must speak fluent English or French (French language will be oriented)
Knowledge in safety precautions and safe work place
Technical Abilities
Ability to address any potential issues during the production process
Very good at Garnishing & presentation
Barista skills also preferred
Responsibility
Run the donut production line (mixing, rounding, cutting & glazing)
Ensure a consistent donut is produced every time
Responsibilities could also include a barista role
Responsible for safety hygiene and cleanliness of the entire bakery. Ensures the daily general
cleaning of entire bakery area as well as all equipment used in processing bakery products.
Salary Range start from 750 USD per month — Could be more subject to experience
Remuneration Total package will also include free accommodation, transportation and one
return flight per year to Indonesia, free immigration papers and legal costs

- Male/female max 36 years old
- Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, post graduate diploma, professional degree, finance/accountancy or equivalent
- Fluent in English both oral and written (60% daily communication in English)
- Good computer literate, familiar with accounting programs
- Advanced in financial and accounting report, monthly and yearly
- Familiar with cash flow projection, budgeting, planning and financial controlling
- Competent with Indonesia payroll tax, VAT and withholding tax
- Able to handle full set of payroll
- Able to liaise with audit, tax firm on audit and taxation matters
- Ready to join ASAP by this February - March 2014
- Honest, hard worker, strong leadership, good personality, can work independent or Team, discipline
