Job Outline

Successful candidate will be assigned as Senior/ Production Engineer for solar module assembly plant. Scope of responsibilities includes ownership of product quality, qualification of new material & liaising with suppliers & customers.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in either one of the following (Manufacturing, Management, Industrial engineering or Photovoltaic)
• More than 3 years working experience in semiconductor industry with proven track record 
• Experience working in MNC semiconductor or solar company is an added advantage
• Fresh graduate with good & relevant educational background may be considered for junior position.
• Diploma holder with relevant working experience & proven track record will be considered
• Willing to be located at Cikarang

Knowledge/Skills

• Experience supervising operators in high volume manufacturing plant is an added advantage
• Preferably with past experience in TPS/Lean manufacturing
• Must have good communication skills & able to communicate efficiently in Bahasa Indonesia & English
• Computer literate

Key task & responsibilities

• Develop production schedule & plan manpower to meet daily target 
• Responsible to maintain high level of discipline among operators & instill 5S culture in production floor activities
• Devise operational procedure, OPL & process flow; conduct & certify production operators
• Conduct refresh training & maintain training record as required
